David Slayton, Chief Financial Officer

David Slayton oversees the accounting, finance, and human resources functions at Shavlik Technologies, including financial reporting, strategic / financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and risk management. Prior to joining Shavlik, David served as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer for a technology startup in the digital brand protection space; as a Director in the Financial Advisory Services consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP; and as a Vice President at Tribeca Investments, a hedge fund that conducts proprietary trading and investment activities. David received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
